Position: Communication Associate

Experience: 1–2 years (Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.)

About the Role
Kosher is looking for a Communication Associate to anchor storytelling, documentation, and content creation for our Vision Centres and NGO initiatives. We’re seeking someone who can bring ideas to life through both words and visuals, with a strong sense of purpose and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
-Write blogs, case studies, learning summaries, and knowledge products based on field insights
-Design visual content for reports, presentations, social media, and internal communications
-Support the development of decks, reports, and communication collateral
-Conduct desk research to support content development
-Manage content calendars and support internal communications and documentation workflows
-Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and field teams for authentic and timely storytelling

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in communications, journalism, or content development
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Odia proficiency is a bonus)
Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar
Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging and accessible formats
Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior experience in development sector communications is a plus
