About the Role

We’re looking for a Communication Specialist who can turn ideas into impact. Someone who can think in concepts, scripts and storyboards and work closely with our content, creative, and production teams to bring them to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate across campaigns. This is a role for someone who understands the full arc of storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content concepts and campaign storylines that align with brand or project goals Write scripts for reels, videos, and brand-led communication (voiceover, interview, and visual-led formats)
• Collaborate with production teams to brief, shoot, and refine visual content Coordinate across teams to align messaging, tone, and creative flow
• Review edits, suggest improvements, and guide final post-production output Keep an eye on digital trends, formats, and platform nuances (especially Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Support with influencer scripts, briefs and storylines
• Requirements

• 5 years of experience in content, creative or communication roles
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Understanding of basic production language like camera framing, shot lists, B-roll, etc. Exposure to field settings / on-ground content work (NGO, development sector, or grassroots campaigns is a plus)
• Understanding of how the average Indian user consumes digital content like language, tone, and platform behaviour
• Familiarity with post-production timelines and feedback loops
• Comfort with both brand-aligned and purpose-driven storytelling.
