Key Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 10-15 Years
- Education : B.Tech/ M.tech (Environmental science/ Sustainability)
- Core expertise in ESG/ sustainability framework strategizing and deployment on ground in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- External stakeholder management and reporting on ESG/ Sustainability matters.
- Ensuring compliance with global ESG/ sustainability standards, integrating sustainable practices into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the ESG strategic plans for our Manufacturing operations and support our leadership with ESG matters.
- Identify key ESG priorities and set measurable goals for each.
- Prepare ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and investors deck, highlight the company's ESG performance.
- Lead on developing and maintaining a robust data collection, monitoring and reporting system for all environmental sustainability initiatives.
