Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic FPO Manager who has knowledge and experience of FPO formation, planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forming and growth of FPO/ FPC, facilitate overall market linkage, build productive relationship with stakeholders, capacity building of the team, mentoring of FPO’s Board of Directors, fulfilling statutory obligations, and plan for making FPO sustainable.
This role requires a passionate person who is looking for growth of rural communities through high revenue growth with ethical and sustainable business practices. The role will have several field officers who will be reporting to the person directly.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Formation and Promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)/ Farmer Producer company(FPC)
Capacity Building Training and Mobilization of various stakeholders
Providing support for the functioning of the FPO as per the guidelines/ MoA & AoA of the Producer Company.
Ensure Business promotion through the production and sales of various products/commodities where FAME is working.
Ensure Business promotion of the FPC through procurement of Agri/ rural produce from nearby areas and sales promotion of various produce in processed/ semi-processed form.
Develop Business Plan and mobilizing resources for the Producer Company & Implement the same.
Ensure increase in top line (business turnover) and bottom line (Net Profit) of the company.
Manage company budgets, expenses analysis and cost control as well as key investment decisions.
Create and establish a positive brand image for the Product among the customers, markets and within the business ecosystem.
Ensure promotion through online and offline modes.
Manage teams and Prepare MIS for management
To direct, promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help to achieve mission, objective, and goals.

REMUNERATION:
The remuneration will be based on the qualification, experience, last salary drawn

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Agriculture/Dairy/Agri Business
