Graphic designer

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Social Media Graphics:

• Design visually compelling creatives for various social media platforms aligned with brand guidelines

🔹 Email Graphics:

• Design email banners, templates, and illustrations to support marketing campaigns

🔹 Brochures and Marketing Collaterals:

• Design print and digital brochures, presentations, infographics, and other brand materials

🔹 Ad-hoc Design Support:

• Provide graphic support for internal events, pitch decks, partnerships, and web elements as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva

• Familiarity with AI-based design tools

• Strong aesthetic sense, typography, and color theory

• Ability to interpret briefs and visualize concepts in a business-relevant manner

• Basic understanding of business operations, language nuances, and communication design

Nice to Have

• Animation or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Previous experience working in an edtech or startup environment
