This role will benefit from having an individual with a growth and innovative mindset.Roles & Responsibilities:Excellence in ExecutionDesign and implement learning initiatives for employees and managersPlan execution of initiatives, end to end - from ascertaining need to measurement of effectivenessImplement contextual team/regional learning strategies with focus on value for the learnerProgram manage the leadership learning journeysBe willing to embrace change and dynamic work environmentContent design and deployment for various learning initiatives. This could mean effectively liaising with consultants in some instances who will support in content designWork closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders, internal and external for on time deliveryCo-lead org initiatives like induction and skill shacks Support with development of career pathways for teams across organisationAdd to monthly newsletters with effective L&D inputsRelationship BuildingBuild healthy working relationships with internal stakeholders irrespective of role and designationEmbody and lead with organisational values and culture at all times and be a role modelBuilding relationships and ongoing conversations with external partners Identify and open conversation with potential partners externallyBe a team player and work effectively with other team membersContribute and actively participate in team planning and review activitiesReportingEnsure all L&D initiatives have reports in place from effectiveness pointAll initiatives measured in light of org prioritiesUpdate data regularly for initiatives led Record feedback and action for all initiativesRequirementsQualities and skills required for the role Ability to Build trusting relationships within teams and contribute to building a positive and nurturing team cultureExperience and skills in enabling self-learningSound experience and skills in Ed-tech for gamification, LMS content development  to facilitate learningDesign thinking skills Proven experience of managing small to large teams with complex structures Experience in Working in Development sector for 5 or more years with progressive career journey Experience driving the development, delivery & implementation of innovative enterprise-wide learning & development initiativesA passion for delivering outstanding learning experiences for employeesSalary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 64,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)Details Apply Now
