iDreamCareer is India’s largest career navigation company that offers its program to India’s top private schools. It currently works with over 200+ schools across India. It aims to scale up its program to 1,000+ private schools in the next two years and for this purpose it is scaling its school outreach team PAN India.
The role will require developing new relationships, managing existing relationships with private schools. The role will require traveling for business development across different geographies. This role is a full-time job role in our core team based out of Delhi.
The Outreach/Sales Manager will spearhead the organization’s efforts to onboard private schools for career guidance services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to schools.
