We are hiring a passionate and data-driven Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to support the Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) Project in Rajasthan. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong experience in M&E frameworks, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for tracking project progress, generating insights through data, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the maternal and child health interventions under KMC.
Lead Monitoring & Evaluation activities across the KMC project sites in Rajasthan.
Design and implement data collection tools, surveys, and monitoring systems.
Conduct data analysis and develop regular reports, dashboards, and evidence briefs.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely documentation.
Collaborate with field teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure data-informed decision-making.
Support capacity building of staff in monitoring tools and processes.
Ensure that data practices adhere to quality standards and are aligned with project goals.
Minimum 1β3 years of professional experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in public health, education, or development sectors.
Proven ability to manage data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with NGOs or health-based programs is an advantage.
Strong coordination skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Strong background in M&E frameworks and tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization platforms.
Familiarity with KMC, maternal health, or community-based health programs (preferred).
Excellent report writing, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in field settings and travel as required.
Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Data Analytics, or related field.
