Category: NGO/Social Services Location: Hubli Karnataka India Role Overview:We are looking for a Program Associate - Placements to drive industry engagement and placement strategies for ITI trainees in Hubli, Karnataka, and surrounding districts. This role will focus on building strong employer networks, facilitating job placements, and supporting capacity building for placement officers and program teams. The position requires extensive travel across seven districts to support 73 ITIs within the Hubli division.Freshers who are willing to learn and explore opportunities – we are happy to onboard you!Key Responsibilities:Placement Strategy & Industry Engagement• Develop and implement systemic placement strategies in collaboration with program teams to ensure strong industry linkages.• Build and maintain relationships with industries, employer networks, and industry associations to identify placement opportunities.• Maintain and update a comprehensive employer database for program partners.• Organize and execute industry engagement events, career fairs, and employer connect sessions.Capacity Building & Stakeholder Coordination• Support placement officers at ITIs in planning and executing placement activities.• Assist in training and mentoring program facilitators, interns, and program associates involved in placement initiatives.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of placement-related programs.Job Placement Support & Performance Tracking• Develop placement plans with program teams and training partners, aligning with industry needs.• Guide trainees on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking to improve employability.• Track placement performance, job retention rates, and employer feedback, implementing necessary improvements.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:• Freshers are welcome!
