Building understanding of Well-being curriculum: Kshamtalaya in partnership with Brio and in partnership with Rajasthan State Council of Education Research & Training, Udaipur is launching a Well-being Curriculum in the State. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building an understanding of this curriculum through reading and immersive experiential workshops organized by Kshamtalaya in your respective district.
Training & Development: Support in designing, planning and co-facilitating along with RSCERT officials and Kshamtalaya team members to train the selected master trainers to ensure the team is ready for training block level teachers.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and evaluate the impact of interventions. Collect data and generate reports to inform program decision-making and improvement efforts. Support the teaching staff wherever necessary to ensure all the data has been collected.
Capacity Building: Facilitate need-based capacity building on wellbeing based facilitation skills for the trainers and further teachers, in the respective district.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other District officials, block officials, DIET faculty and Khushi Shala core team to share best practices, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant attendance, and other relevant data. Prepare timely reports on the implementation, challenges, and successes for internal and external stakeholders.
Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve program delivery based on feedback, research findings, and emerging best practices in the field of education.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
Prior experience (at least 2 years) working in education, preferably with government stakeholders at district and state level.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Drafting official permission letters in Hindi for state or district level permission is preferred.
Basic data management and analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite.
Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken). Spoken fluency in the local language is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel within the district and work flexible hours as needed.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and equity in education.

Remuneration
Salary: 3.6 lac per annum
You will be eligible for travel and other reimbursement as per the organisation policy.
