Role Overview
This role will play an instrumental part in reshaping how children in rural India experience learning during their most formative years. As Program Manager – Early Childhood Initiatives, you’ll lead our flagship program, Storytelling Everyday, across multiple districts—bringing play, language, and imagination into classrooms that need it the most. You will also oversee the setting up of libraries.
You’ll design curriculum, mentor a passionate team of fellows, work hand-in-hand with government teachers, build partnerships, and measure impact.
Please note, this role would require frequent travel to our field locations.

₹7-8 lakhs per annum (CTC)
