Role Overview:
As a Project Associate, you’ll work closely with communities to promote waste segregation, composting, and sustainable waste practices. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in social work, environmental studies, or community development who are committed to driving meaningful behavior change.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Community engagement & awareness campaigns
✅ Stakeholder coordination
✅ Implementation support
✅ Training & capacity building
✅ Monitoring & reporting

📌 Location: Chirala, Andhra Pradesh
📚 Experience: 1–3 years in community mobilization (preferably in SWM or environmental projects)
🗣 Languages: Fluency in Telugu; Hindi is a plus

💡Skills Needed:
* Strong communication
* Understanding of SWM concepts
* Willingness to work in rural settings
