📍 Open Positions:
🔹 Project Coordinator (PC) – 1 Vacancy
💰 Salary: ₹75,000/month
📌 Base: Ayodhya (covering Eastern UP & Bundelkhand)
💼 About the Program:
Join our dynamic team working on "Capacitating CSOs for Climate Resilience and Transition (CCCRT)", a flagship initiative that empowers grassroots CSOs and promotes sustainable development practices across vulnerable regions of Uttar Pradesh.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
📍 Project Coordinator:
🔹 Lead and supervise Field Coordinators
🔹 Develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate across CSO partners
🔹 Engage with government, KVKs, and institutional partners
🔹 Document, report, and present program outcomes
📍 Field Coordinator:
🔹 Mentor Community Resource Persons (CRPs)
🔹 Oversee project execution at block level
🔹 Monitor data, facilitate reporting
🔹 Coordinate with government stakeholders on the ground


🧠 Ideal Candidates Should Have:
For PC:
✔ 7–10 years’ experience in project leadership (climate/agriculture/rural)
✔ Strong budgeting, planning & stakeholder management skills
✔ Master’s degree (preferred)
For FC:
✔ Strong communication & rural knowledge
✔ Experience in community mobilization
✔ Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Social Work, or related field
✔ Willingness to travel frequently in rural areas
