Role: Project Manager, TPD Delhi

Role Overview: Lead the design and delivery of education-focused interventions within a critical partnership with the MCD, aiming to enhance the quality of education across public schools. Drive academic reforms by leveraging your education expertise, classroom experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Curriculum & Pedagogy: Apply content knowledge to develop innovative interventions (e.g., PLCs, mentor teacher programs, remedial learning) that improve teacher practice and student learning.
  • Teacher Training & Capacity Building: Lead the design and implementation of training programs and provide ongoing academic mentoring to teachers and officials.
  • Project Design & Implementation: Independently drive the full project lifecycle, from design and piloting to scalable implementation and impact tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with government counterparts (MCD, teacher education institutes) and other education stakeholders to build knowledge, capacity, and strong working relationships.

Requirements

We seek talented professionals passionate about driving educational transformation and making a positive impact. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and meet the role requirements:

  • Educational Background: A relevant educational background in education, social work, or related disciplines is highly preferred. Candidates with master's in social work will be given preference.
  • Work Experience: We value both professional and personal experience. Candidates with 5-9 years of direct classroom teaching experience in government schools with a strong track record of success in managing projects with multifunctional teams are preferred. Experience of working in government systems and awareness of education structures in India is also desirable.
  • Other Skills: Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills to support and influence stakeholders and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Language Proficiency: English and Hindi

Hiring Process: The requirements are non-negotiable, and we need people with a background in TPD. The hiring process will include 1 assignment and 3-4 rounds of conversation and the whole proces takes 2-4 weeks.
