Are you a passionate communicator with a flair for building public connections and managing organizational reputation? Akshar Foundation is hiring a Public Relations – Senior Officer to help shape and share its impactful stories and initiatives across various platforms.
As a Senior PR Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance public understanding of the foundation’s work. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to promote campaigns, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our mission.
Develop and implement PR and communication strategies.
Manage media relations, write press releases, and coordinate interviews.
Draft and edit content for newsletters, social media, website, and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and public stakeholders.
Represent the foundation at events, forums, and campaigns.
Monitor media coverage and public perception, and provide timely updates to the team.
Collaborate with internal departments to amplify program impact stories.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PR, communications, or a related field.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage public relations campaigns and engage stakeholders.
Experience in content creation, media handling, and digital communication tools.
