Purpose of the Role: Support the research initiatives as a Junior Research Associate. Assist in the execution of research projects, data collection, and analysis within the Research Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Research Associates in the execution of research projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication channels for research findings.
• Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide support in the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
• Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Functional/Behavioral Competencies: Interest in research activities and commitment to learning; Effective communication and collaboration skills; Basic understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
