Role Overview: As a Zoho CRM Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, automating, and optimizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to enhance operational efficiency for our NGO clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement tailored automation solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Configure, customize, and automate Zoho CRM to meet business requirements. 

Develop and optimize workflows, automation rules, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem. 

Work with Zoho Forms, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications to streamline data collection and reporting. 

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM and automation workflows. 

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Zoho solutions. 

(Preferred) Build and deploy applications using Zoho Creator for advanced automation. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

5–10 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. 

Strong expertise in automation, workflow creation, and CRM customization. 

Knowledge of Zoho Forms, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator (preferred). 

Ability to analyze business processes and recommend efficient automation solutions. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Zoho-related issues. 

Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
