Position: Accountant cum Administrative Officer

Location: CEE Bakor / Ahmedabad

Number of Posts: 1

Duration: Initially for 3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC) (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Commerce (MBA (Finance), M.Com. / B Com.) or equivalent. Experience Required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, and administrative support in NGOs or development sector organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, etc.) and donor reporting formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records, accounts, and books in Tally.
  • Handle project-wise accounting, vouchers, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in project budgeting, fund tracking, and donor financial reporting.
  • Manage administrative duties including procurement, asset records, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, etc.
  • Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and coordination.
  • Maintain proper filing, inventory, and documentation systems.
  • Support project teams with logistics, HR, and administrative coordination.

Skills Required

  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
