| Work Mode | Hybrid working model: The selected candidate will be engaged in a hybrid working model, which involves a combination of remote (online) and on-site (offline) responsibilities. While a majority of research-related tasks such as literature review, data analysis, report writing, and virtual meetings can be performed remotely, the candidate is expected to be available for in-person activities when required. These may include data collection at designated two locations or participation in institutional activities at IIM Sirmaur. Candidates should, therefore, be open to limited travel and IIM Sirmaur campus visits as per project requirements. |
| Qualification and Eligibility | Postgraduate in Management/Psychology (60% minimum). Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB & HRM). |
| Emoluments | Rs. 35,000/- per month (consolidated) |
| Desired Qualities | Candidate with sound subject knowledge in OB & HRM, research aptitude and analytical mindset, proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and analysis using SPSS and AMOS, competence in advanced MS Excel, strong communication and academic writing skills, ability to prepare research reports and impactful PowerPoint presentations, will be preferred. |
