This person will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and nurturing a positive work environment. General Manager - Human Resource will lead a dedicated team, driving employee engagement, productivity, well - being and will play an instrumental role in fostering a culture of compassion at SMGC.
