Designation : Program Officer  

Job description: To undertake traceability of supply chain, assessment of working conditions from human rights perspective, studies on child labor, forced labor, gender discrimination, harassment and abuse, modern day slavery. To facilitate capacity building of factory and supplier to strengthen their management systems to meet local labour law and international code of conduct and good practices to protect human rights at work place. To engage in policy discussions, policy formulation and documentation etc.

Education Qualification: Master degree or higher  in Social work and related disciplines, LLB (specialization in human rights )

Location : HQ in Gurgaon

Salary : Based on experience and skills and market standards

Job requirement : Travel on the job within and outside the country.
