Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead the resource mobilization efforts. The role involves developing and executing fundraising strategies, securing grants, engaging with donors, and organizing fundraising campaigns to ensure financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the NGO sector, a strong track record in donor engagement, and expertise in corporate fundraising, grant writing, and stakeholder management. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to contribute to impactful social initiatives and drive the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

1 Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve financial targets.

2. Identify, research, and engage potential donors, corporates, and grant-making institutions.

3. Write compelling concept notes, grant proposals, funding applications, and donor reports.

4. Regularly communicate with potential donors and maintain cordial relationships

5. To create pitch presentations, case studies and audio video which can be shown to donors

6. Build and maintain relationships with individual and institutional and corporate donors.

7. Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement programs.

8. Collaborate with program teams to align funding needs with strategic priorities.

9. Monitor fundraising performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.

10 Stay updated on fundraising trends, CSR initiatives, and donor expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

11. 6-8 years of experience in fundraising within the CSR/ NGO sector.

12. Proven track record of securing funds from corporates, International agencies, Foundations, and individual donors.

13. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

14. Knowledge of CSR laws, fundraising compliance, and grant regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:-

15. Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Mass Communication, Social Work, Development Studies, or related

Salary Offer:- 60,000/- Per month
