As we scale our impact, we’re seeking a strategic ‘Partnerships and Fundraising Lead’ to strengthen partnerships, expand our donor base, and mobilize resources that amplify our mission. 

Key Responsibilities:
-         Expand and manage individual, institutional, and CSR donor networks.
-         Develop and execute fundraising strategies.
-         Lead fundraising campaigns, donor engagement events, and proposal submissions.

Your Profile:
-         Experience: 2–3 years in fundraising, donor relations, CSR, or business development in the development sector.
-         Skills: Relationship-building, proposal writing, CRM tools, and corporate partnership strategy.
-         Attributes: Proactive, mission-driven, results-oriented and passionate about rural development.
