B-ABLE Foundation is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join us as Placement Coordinators in our growing team. In this role, you’ll be working directly with students and employers to ensure that skill training leads to meaningful job placements.
What will you be doing?
As a Placement Coordinator, your day-to-day work will involve:
-Engaging with companies and employers to build placement opportunities for our trained candidates
-Matching candidates with suitable job roles based on their skills, location, and preferences
-Organizing and managing job fairs, placement drives, and recruitment events
-Guiding and preparing students for interviews, including resume support and basic grooming
-Keeping track of placement data, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with placed candidates
-Collaborating closely with the training team to align course outcomes with market demand
-Ensuring post-placement support to improve job retention and satisfaction.
