Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of four years of experience to join our team. The Analyst will play a critical role in studying various companies, analyzing CSR & Philanthropic Foundations, their initiatives, and providing comprehensive data related to NGO funding, grants, and performance metrics. The candidate should be able to study & understand Balance sheets and various financial results as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, data analysis, and a deep understanding of corporate philanthropy and NGO dynamics.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Working on Networking Opportunities:

• Conduct in-depth research on various companies to analyze their CSR strategies, foundations, and funding allocations.
• Analyze data related to CSR expenditures, impact assessments, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify and evaluate CSR funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships with NGOs.
• Monitor and track NGO funding sources, including government grants, corporate sponsorships, and philanthropic donations.

2. Regulatory Compliance and Standards:

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements, reporting standards, and industry benchmarks related to CSR and NGO funding.

3. Evaluation and Assessment:

• Evaluate the performance and impact of partner NGOs, including financial stability, program effectiveness, and transparency.

4. Reporting and Communication:

• Provide reports and updates on CSR trends, industry best practices, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for maximizing CSR impact and fostering sustainable partnerships.

Qualification

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a data analyst (ideal if in CSR, NGO management, or related areas)
• Proven expertise in data analysis, research, and report writing.
• Should be able to read financial documents such as balance sheets, financial results etc.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Creating Dashboards for data visualization,

Interpersonal Qualifications:

• Ideal if candidate has grasp of corporate philanthropy, CSR trends, and sustainability.
• Independent worker, but should be a team player as well.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Critical Thinking & problem solving.
• Adept at managing deadlines and priorities.
