Cluster Lead JD (Sirsa Cluster)

SwaTaleem Foundation is an India and US registered civil society organization that works towards
creating a gender equal world through education in partnership with government systems. Its
emphasis is on enhancing long-term educational and life outcomes of Girls through a
community-centric approach backed by evidence-based pedagogy. It engages with Girls, teachers,
schools, government officials and parents.
Due to the nature of our work, this role is only for female candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Cluster Lead will be responsible for leading all academic and operational aspects of the Saheli
ki Udaan program across the Sirsa cluster. They will oversee program implementation, build the
capacity of the district teams, and strengthen relationships with school and government stakeholders.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Lead and manage program activities and the district team across Sirsa.
● Strengthen team capacity on Foundational English and CSAG programs.
● Facilitate teacher sessions and ensure smooth academic implementation.
● Oversee IVRS and Tab Lab technology integration in KGBVs.
● Liaise with government officials, schools, and communities.
● Conduct teacher and warden training workshops.
● Monitor progress and support Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
● Prepare monthly reports, permissions, and field documentation.
● Capture and share success stories and best practices.
● Assist in district- and state-level event planning and execution.
● Anything else as required by the organization.
Qualifications

● Graduate with 3-4 years of work experience in the education/ development sector.
● Some prior experience of working in schools, facilitation and govt. liasoning.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
● Some experience of leading a small team.

● Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in building & managing relationships.

● Self-driven and believes in the process of improving oneself through constant
reflection and feedback.
● Should be comfortable to travel for fieldwork using public transport, as well as for
quarterly workshops.
Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
Location: Sirsa, Haryana
Remuneration: INR 35000 + travel remuneration
